We've called Design Aire several times to service our aging systems, and they've always contacted us before arriving, took care of the problem quickly and professionally and been very friendly and helpful during their visit. Very happy customer! In the middle of a heat wave in **** my thermostat and AC unit decided to not run. After trying to toubleshoot it on my own with no luck, called Design Aire and they had someone out within an hour. The technician was able to get my system up and running very quickly! So thankful they were able to come out quickly. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable!

Service was amazingly fast. Even though temperatures were in the 90s and they were swamped, the representative arrived within an hour after we called to say our air conditioner was not working. **** thoroughly checked all aspects before determining our 26 year old unit was shot. Offered a reasonably priced more eco friendly unit which will be installed in less than two weeks. Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable. Highly recommend
