Extremely POOR service! I was told carpet would be available within two to three weeks from date of order. Made the big mistake of paying for order “in full” at the time I placed my order. (Kathy) did not order carpet for 3 weeks after my order was placed. I suspect she is operating on payments received to bring forward her delinquent accounts. As she updates her accounts she is able to go forward with new orders. She failed to return inquiry calls on at least 4 occasions. Terrible business practices!
Nothing but great work and customer service from desert floors. They met all my expectations and needs in a timely manner and finished my project on time as planned. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.
