They book you quite fast and the process is smooth. Depending on which GP you are seeing, you can get acceptable or good advice/ treatment. Decent practice and most of the times, they are helpful.

Appalling experience with a receptionist named Cherry (or Sheri). From the moment she answered the phone, she was dismissive, cold, and utterly devoid of basic courtesy. Without even attempting to listen or show an ounce of empathy, she barked out, "our system is down, call back," and abruptly ended the call. No concern, no explanation, no professionalism—just complete indifference. It’s astonishing that someone so clearly unfit for front-facing duties holds such a position. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of care and support I experienced today regarding my 2-year-old child, who has had a fever for 10 days. It is simply inhumane to refuse an appointment for such a young child in this condition. The ambulance service assessed my child and clearly stated that he needed to be seen by his registered GP. Following their advice, I spent two hours on the phone (from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM), waiting—only to be told that no appointment would be given.
