SO glad we came to you! Loved that we were able to get appointments and fill out our initial paperwork online. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming as well as knowing what they were doing. Great experience from start to finish! We will be back!
I LOVE this place! I have never had staff that talk to me like a person more so than a patient. They took the time to work with me and were not rude when things with insurance continued to slow down the check out process. My doctor was very nice and friendly and asked me what I really wanted out of my contacts/glasses and actually helped me find what I felt comfortable in. Will for sure continue to go here. I even told my family about my awesome experience and they're going to set up appointments here too!
Fast and friendly service.
I had a great experience from the time I walked in, all through the process until I left. I was nervous because my eye doctor retired and this was my first experience looking for a new eye care place. Dr. Soults was thorough and awesome. The receptionist was friendly & put me at ease. The person helping me select frames was fabulous! She helped me find the cutest frames and at a price I could afford. I will definitely be back!
Receptionist and the first gal that did my pre exam were very friendly and efficient. The doctor was pleasant and explained things well.
