I was registered at this surgery for almost a year. The doctors I interacted with were always been courteous, caring and empathetic, which is great. However there have been a couple of instances where I was told by reception staff to expect a call in the morning (which I rearranged work shifts around) only to be called late afternoon just as I was leaving for work with no explanation. I would give a zero star if I would. Repeatedly tried to call to speak to a patient advisor. I was kept on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on. I tried to book online, but the pages wouldn’t load. I called back to be put in a queue of 6. I waited patiently to then be hung up on again. The admin team here should be fired. Will be changing medical practices immediately. Clearly they have no care for their patients who have stayed with them for years.

UTTERLY AWFUL AT TREATING CHILDREN MENTAL HEALTH. THE WHOLE NHS NEEDS FURTHER TRAINING, ESPECIALLY NON EMERGENCY SERVICES. ITS ALSO CAUSED BY GOVERNMENT LED PROBLEMS.
