After losing a crown on a molar they were able to get me in the day after I called. I was very concerned about a black mark on the tooth, under the crown. After expressing concern, they immediately did investigate, completely explained what they did and and explained that the black mark on the tooth was not a cavity. Everyone there creates not just a patient/nurse/Doctor relationship; they create friendships. Been a patient with Dr. Derkasch from the very beginning of his practice...Great people and of course great dentistry! He cares about his patients, and I can tell you this...No dentist, and I've been to many specialist all recommended by Dr. Derkasch for specific periodontal issues, is more gentle when administering Novocaine, or other potentially unpleasant dental procedures than Dr. Derkasch...Yes, really! Have been with Dr Bill for more than 20 years. Entire staff extremely professional. As a health care professional I am impressed with their attention to our comfort, but more importantly to the imaculate office, waiting room and most importantly Pt safety. These folks are as warm and friendly as any group I know. Very much like going to a social event. They take effort to make one comfortable and after a few visits it is like visiting family. The dental services they provide are as professional as is possible. Everyone in the office knew that I was coming and those whom I saw greeted me by name.
