As a first time patient here I found the staff and Doctor to be very pleasant. I am an apprehensive patient. I felt very comfortable here. Although it was just for x-rays, cleaning ( by the way the hygienist was awesome ) and exam, I felt very comfortable here. Staff is always courteous and polite. After my cleaning I'm never in discomfort. As always, my dental cleaning went well. They are always courteous and they ensure that I am not having any discomfort during the process. They always take me at my scheduled appointment time and never keep me waiting. That is a rare find in the medical industry!! The office staff are very courtesy, professional and friendly. You rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The office is very clean and the staff and Dr. are very thorough. I have recommended several family members and friends. Dr. Derkasch and his staff are amazing at what they do! They make you feel comfortable and cared for! They provide exceptional care being sure to explain everything to you so you understand. Just recently I had an issue with a sore tooth and they made sure to see me to find out what was the problem! They truly care about there patients as if they were there own family and it shows!
