I had a Phillips Zoom teeth whitening done today. I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service I received at Dr Derkasch's office. I was a bit nervous going into the procedure but they made me very comfortable by explaining everything ahead of time, constantly checking to make sure I was ok. I was even offered a pillow. I was very impressed with the staff and with Dr. Derkasch. This was probably the most thorough dental exam I have had in a long time !! I really appreciated that Dr. Derkasch sat down and explained all the xrays and what needed to be done in step by step.
