I have always received excellent care here, and I've been going for years. Their equipment is first quality, their record-keeping is excellent, and Dr. Derkasch and the technicians are extremely friendly and always take care to explain the procedures and keep me apprised of the condition of my teeth and gums. Each person was nicer than the previous. Friendly staff. Every last detail of the procedures were explained before and during and they asked if I had any questions. They took their time. I was not rushed out before I could ask questions. Dr derkasch patiently took the time to explain the X-rays and dental health and we talked about a plan for moving forward. I am very pleased that they honestly care about you the patient. They are so professional and take there time with you. To Do the work and even to explain the procedures. Roseann was so patient and helpful, even asked if I was going to Be late for work. First cleaning and it was amazing. I believe it was with Pam and she has been there for 18'years like a wallflower... :) The dr even spent time with me to explain my chart without an appointment. Great office.
