I have been a patient with this office for roughly 15+ years and have to commend all of you on the very top level of service and care rendered to me from inception to the present time. It starts off with the friendly memory jog about the upcoming appointment, followed by the friendly greeting in the reception area by Roseanne. Moved to NJ 20 yrs ago. After realizing crossing state lines to see our previous family dentist was not feasible, we were referred to Dr Derkasch by a good friend. Not easy giving up a previous dentist relationship, however, Dr Derkasch and his staff made us feel that we have been seeing them all along and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for personal attention with a professional atmosphere. As it is on every visit I'm treated as if I was the only patient in the office with courteous and professional service. I always feel comfortable with Dr. Derkasch's opinion, recommendation and results. There is no accident that my immediate and extended family uses this office for their dental needs. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back for an earlier appointment to see the hygienist. I had called a few days earlier and the closest appointment was in July. That was a plus. Then the staff in the practice is always positive and willing to listen and converse with the patients.
