Initially all was well and communication excellent. That was until Marcus left. Unfortunately then we had to chase repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting promised a call back to no avail. Our sale eventually stumbled over the line but wish we’d sold with Paul Fenton who we bought from. They were much better throughout the whole process.
Very rude and time wasters that waste your time in seeing a house and filling out all the forms, when they already knew who's going to have the house. They put your hopes up seeing a home and signing out a forms ,Thinking you got a chance ,doesn't tell you that they house was already taken and they knew who was going in there ,very annoyed and disappointed this wasn't the first time they have wasted my time.
I found my current home from Derbyshire's 2 years ago. I feel lucky to be honest. Anytime I have a problem in the house they solved as soon as possible. They are both professional and friendly. In future if I can't decide between 2 houses, I would definitely prefer the one Derbyshire's present!
