Completely unreliable. Buses always failing to turn up and the excuse is always that they've broken down. Leave elderly and disabled people stranded. We're dependent on their 143 service which has been nothing but a complete joke. The drivers are pleasant and friendly if they do turn up.

Thanks to Belper Car Club Derbyshire Community Transport I now have to wait for at least 6 months to get another appointment at a clinic at Derby Royal Hospital. Due to drivers not turning up on time or even at all. I have had one journey with this service for a WAV, and they were late picking me up, so I almost missed my appointment at Ilkeston Hospital, today I was booked to go the Derby Royal for 11.00, the WAV car a booked through them should have arrived at 10.20 am I had called and check on Monday the 19th of Feb that ... read more

It is a great service. The driver, Mick is very professional, kind and helpful. He really looks after the passengers' safety.

No trips at all this month husband disabled so stuck in house very poor all year seems disabled are last on list of priority
