absolutely terrible! disgusting service wouldn’t even attend if it was the last practice on the planet the receptionist are so rude and terrible towards their patients they kick out children who are going for their operation the next day! they never ask the reason why you missed your appointment u could be having a heart attack and they won’t care they’ll be on their computers de registering u from the practice their service is absolutely poor and i wouldn’t recommend it to any of you. i asked to speak to the practice manage... read more

Love the place! The receptionists are easy to talk with and always helpful. I've had 2 root extractions performed by Dr Ali (T), difficult operations but performed with no pain and a really high standard. I had an emergency appointment with the other Dr Ali, good dentist, nice person, seen quickly. Then there is the hygienist, Aayeshah, She is the nicest, kindest person I've met, my mouth went from a bad place to a much happier place. I actually look forward to my appointments. Definitely recommended :)

Unfortunately the visits to the practice over the last two years have been disappointing. They stopped doing scale and polish cleans during my visits and my appointments have lasted no more than three minutes. I've decided to register with another practice and have found out I need five fillings, and have build up of plaque which wasn't addressed during my visits at Derby Road Dental Practice. This is a really bad reflection on the practice and I wouldn't recommend it.

Had a very bad experience from the staff . Wouldn’t answer my questions about treat they offered me . Took my of thei register when I asked to see the senior dentist or the ahed of the clinic .

I attended the church view dentist at Eastwood this morning to have 6 teeth out I’m scared of dentists but the reassurance Mr Ali gave me was great i honestly didn’t feel a thing I’m attending the Darby Road dentist later this month for 4 more teeth out then dentures fitted in time for our second honeymoon in September many thanks to you all I’ve finally got a dentist I trust
