My experience was extremely great, excellent. Care was beautiful. Greetings was pleasant, friendly, helpful and you were made welcome. My dentist assistant was so sweet, friendly, caring and gentle, she was exceptional and concerned. My dentist she is so friendly gentle, caring, talk to you in such a manner that you will not leave without understanding exactly knowing what information she's transmitted to you. Wonderful job from all staff members. They always make me feel comfortable and happy. Dr. Cabana is so so good at what she does and so respectful and nice. The entire staff is great. Yeahhhhh.
My visit to a new Dentist was very pleasant , I didn't know what to expect, but was in very good hands with the staff there I felt.I would like to thank everyone for making me feel at home and grateful that I am in good hands for my dental care.

I really dislike going to the dentist. Today was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dentist office. Robin was wonderful and made me feel at ease. She talked to me as though we had been friends for years. I will definitely not dread going back in six months for my next appointment. In fact, I will be looking forward to seeing my friend again.

This was my first appointment with Dentistry of the Carolinas - University. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. People don’t think about customer service in a doctors office or dental office but I do it’s number one for me. From the moment I walked in the waiting area I was greeted by the receptionist which made me feel very welcome.
