Hi, Everyone is always so pleasant.
Wonderful experience. The staff was warm and friendly and very kind to me knowing that I was terrified being there. Dr. Cabana was kind and soft-spoken and made me feel at ease. Marie was also kind and caring. I recommend Dentistry of the Carolinas highly!
I was treated like a VIP during my visit. Angie and Robin took great care of me. Dr Cabana is an angel for discovering that a health condition has been the reason for my dental issues. No one else in all my year's of visiting doctor's or dentist's have cared to find the root of my problem. Now, that I understand I can do my best to help myself for the future!
I love going here! Everyone is super nice and my hygienist Katie is the best! I barely notice her scraping on my teeth. Overall always a pleasant experience.
I'm a sixty-three year old male who experiences dentophobia every time I go to the dentist. I've had this fear since my first dental visits as a child. Were it not for the patience and professionalism of Dr. Cabana and her staff, dental visits would be near impossible for me. I've been Dr. Cabana's patient for several years; her empathy, and her calm and patient demeanor are what gets me through each procedure. I called the facility in the morning with a problem..I was given an appointment that day. The problem was resolved. As usual, the staff was professional and courteous.
I had another great experience today. Even though I didn’t receive good news I found out exactly what my next steps are to repair the two teeth causing my discomfort. Dr. Cabana and her team always make me feel like family and truly care about my well-being. They even locked in an appointment for my son without hesitation when told that he needed to come in for an for an annual check-up. Looking forward to seeing them in the New Year!
As usual my experience at DOC was wonderful! From check in, to my time with Robyn (my hygienist), to meeting with Dr. Cabana. It is always an extremely pleasant experience! I would highly recommend DOC to every family!
