My insurance changed recently and the staff at West Chester Family Dentistry went above and beyond to make sure I was still covered for services. Their staff is extremely friendly. The office is clean and modern. Going to the dentist feels like going to a spa, but without unreasonable costs. I trust them implicitly to do a great job without trying to up-sell me on dental work.

I love West Chester Family Dentistry. The people are all so friendly and genuinely make you feel like you're more than a patient. My hygienist, Megan, ought to be nominated for the Greater Cincinnati RDH of the Year. In my previous experiences at the dentist, people were grumpy and just doing their job; Megan and I share some laughs while scraping plaque and polishing teeth. Who knew this was possible? First visit as a new patient. WARM welcome. Met both doctors. What a breath of fresh air as a patient!!!!!!! Extremely advanced technology, lab onsite, etc. Consider myself very lucky to have found this practice!

I have not been to the dentist in a long time and was nervous and embarrassed about going, but I have some things I need to get taken care of. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Very pleased my first experience and I anticipate a long relationship with them
