I visited West Chester Family Dentistry for their Zoom Whitening treatment. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and made comfortable in their massage dental chair and given the TV remote. Yes I said TV remote... There are screens over the chairs for you to view TV while having your procedure done. The treatment was explained to me step-by-step and the process was awkward (mouth open like a duck), but not uncomfortable. Everyone always makes me feel very welcomed, but especially Nina. She has a super way of being extremely personable, helpful and making you feel special. I told her our Sonic toothbrush that we bought at the office was broken. She suggested we call Philips and how to handle the request. When we did later, Philips is now going to send us a complete new one. Thanks Nina for being such a special person (you too Dr. Tran)!

I was so impressed with everything about this office. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. It is quite a state-of-the-art facility. Dr. Tran was so easy to talk to. I feel very lucky to have found this place.
