Wow! I was so impressed with everything about this office. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. It is quite a state-of-the-art facility. Dr. Tran was so easy to talk to. I feel very lucky to have found this place.
I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was nice and professional. The facilities were great and I felt like the whole practice was very thoughtfully executed. For example, all the sterilization is done in the open so patients can see that they are getting clean equipment and in my new patient appointment they took pictures and X-rays of my teeth and discussed them with me which helped me understand how to better take care of my teeth due to the specific shape, position, ect. of my teeth. Very happy.

Our experience at West Chester Family Dentistry was very pleasant from start to finish. The office waiting area was very pretty and clean. The large fish tank wall is beautiful and makes the extremely short wait super easy. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable during our visit and thoroughly answered all our questions. Visiting the dentist for our family is never "fun" but the dentists and staff at West Chester Family Dentistry makes it a pleasant, positive experience!
