Michael did a great job with my deep cleaning making my visits comfortable and less anxious and explaining the process and need. Dr Gilsdorf performed a nearly impossible root canal job. It was a high-five moment. He saved my tooth too. The office management team faithfully called to remind me of my appointments. Top office in Manhattan! Its A practice centered business, not a business centered practice.
So normally I don’t do reviews and honestly have never had very positive comments about previous dentists I’ve been too. Today I had a root canal crown and some filings. Now let me mention I have horrible anxiety with dental work and they insured my absolute comfort and relaxation if I even raised my hand they immediately ensured relief. Dr. Bret and his staff are so amazing and make you feel comfortable and welcome in every way. Im happy to have such an amazing dentist now.
The staff went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. Courtney was very professional and efficient. I always get a little nervous, but am actually excited about my future visits at the clinic knowing that I’m in good hands.

I absolutely love this office! They have always been so caring and understanding. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with dentists before, and I am so elated to have found Dentistry By Design. They handle my dental needs and are patient with my dental anxiety. I’ll never go anywhere else.
