It was my first time here with my two little kids...surely Michael the hygienist is so nice and polite I felt comfortable... Dr Bret is very nice as well but very straightforward which at times can be scary depending on ones situation so after my evaluation I was a little nervous but I am glad to find a place where I can take the family and get treatments done. Definitely recommending others who need a dentist !!
I have had bad experiences with Dentist's since I was a child, one after another, so as you can imagine my fear in trying yet another dentist.. My daughter was one of their success stories, and she re-assured me that I had nothing to worry about, I told her I would rather go into labor than go see yet another dentist. Once I went to the office, everyone was very nice and friendly, quickly calmed my nerves and eased my anxiety. I have major dental phobia. However, I can actually go to Dentistry By Design without Valium or gas! Their priority is your comfort while the work gets done. Highly recommend!
Just a remarkable experience to have a dentist take time talk to you. This dentist appears to be a problem-solver who takes in account your personal situation and flinch-factors - fears and anxieties. As he said, “When someone walks in our door, I make the effort to see the person, not a set of teeth.”
I LOVE going here!! I bring all my kiddos and my husband. They have the best most professional team! They always treat my kids with great care and compassion, and they love going which is an added plus!
I really don't like going to the dentist and tend to get anxious and nervous when I am there, however the staff here is always very attentive and willing to help relax you in anyway they can. Very informative and willing to take the time and ensure I understand the procedure being done. It is expensive but that's just dentistry. My only con is they made like 4 treatment plans on my first visit which was a bit overwhelming and made me feel that I was not caring for my mouth to their standards. Best office ever! Customer for life! My implant changed everything and every time I come for cleanings and procedures I know I'm in excellent hands.
Today I had an amazing experience here! The dentist and staff are amazing, I felt so taken care of and they addressed all of my concerns. Will be coming here from now on.
