RecommendedEveryone was really nice and polite!
I was disappointed in the service I received with regards to customer care. I was charged an unnecessary fee after my vehicle broke down in route to the appointment. I called to explain the circumstances and they were unwilling to make any changes. I will not be recommending this dentistry to others in the local community and I will not refer students to this office.
Outstanding staff and Dentist. Best visit I have ever had here in Kansas. Highly recommended.
Well I tend to have high anxiety about the dentist office! Have not went to the dentist in years! I had a very Trumatic experience! Don't like talking about it, BUT that being said dentistry By Design are being very patient with me and made it very comforting and explain everything step by step and are working with me wonderfully ! I went to my first appointment and everyone was so nice and welcoming to me!
