My experience at Dentistry by Design far exceeded all of my expectations. They fit me in on short notice, and were able to take care of all my needs in the most kind and efficient way possible. I cannot thank Dr. Guess enough for his hard work. He, along with staff members Michael and Ashley, were a huge part of what made my experience so great. Just came from my appointment and had such a great experience!! Found my new family dental office!!!
All the staff was super nice to my 3 year old at her 6 month cleaning while we were there today! They kept the conversation with her moving while we waited to been seen by the dentist so she wouldn't get restless, which is a huge feet for a toddler to stay still! Highly recommend them to anyone with children!
Loved the office and how they welcomed their patients. Very informative, my only "complaint" is that the office does go above and beyond with their technology, more so than any office I have visited across the country. However I wish this was disclosed at the time of service for billing purposes so we could have the option to "opt" out. (This is more so towards X-rays not the phases plan list with totals) this was for my first visit.. Best experience ever. I was absolutly terrified to go to the dentist, first visit in over 6 years. Dr. Gilsdorf is phenominal and caring, his staff is just as amazing as he is. I brought a jacket with me because I get cold easily and immediately they offered me a very nice blanket, they also offer you something to drink. This office isn't some stuffy office it is super nice. I was absolutly panicked to be there and they were absolutly phenominal to me. Won't go anywhere else.
Well I feel like a brand new woman. My teeth are clean and feel smooth, and the dentist is nice *and* handsome. And I really like his assistant who was helping him out, Jackie. They do a lot to make you feel comfortable - they got me a neck pillow and gave me the remote to the ceiling TV so I could watch HGTV, and they got me a hot towel w/lavender & lemon to wipe my face off afterward. And they numbed me up in all the right places. Highly recommend!

Caring staff and comfortable office. Same day services make things so much easier. They were great with my daughter on her first dentist appointment!
The crown I had replaced came with no pain. Have to like that about a dentist.
