I went there for my routine cleaning and they said that being I had a deep cleaning last time I needed a deep cleaning this time they refused to do just a routine cleaning that is covered 100% by my insurance they wanted me to pay out-of-pocket for a deep cleaning which I told them I was unable to do it this time I just wanted a regular routine cleaning which my insurance pays 100% for twice a year and I’m entitled to they absolutely refused to do it they said they cannot flip-flop back-and-forth between Routine cleanings an... read more
