If I could put a 0, I will put it. They don't care about the patient, they have terrible customer service, their financial team is awful. The only thing they care about is money. First, they charged us more than they were supposed to do with the insurance. But we didn't know, and we paid. RecommendedI went for my cleaning appt this morning and the hygenist Luciana was superb! She was pleasant and courteous; explained everything before doing it. Most of all she was very, very gentle; I did not feel a thing. This is the first time I went to a dentist visit and was not afraid. Luciana, keep on doing what you are doing; you are the best!
