Everyone was very nice.
Best and most friendly dentist I've ever known. I once made an appointment with a different dentist in rolla by mistake (I looked up the wrong phone number) when I showed up at Dr. Cassidy's office we realized the mistake. They said that's not a problem we can get you in right now. Fixed my toothache on the spot.😊

Forum Dental is very professional, thorough and reassuring! I am a new patient and had to come in to fill out the paper work and even through all of that, I was back with the doctor within ten minutes from completion of my information. Reassured and answered all my questions and concerns.
Came in with a piece of a tooth missing and in less than an hour I had my tooth back and another one was whitened. Not to mentioned I made the appointment the very same day. Thanks!
I want to thank Forum Dental for their great service! I was having a severe issue with a wisdom tooth and they were able to get me in. After a brief exam and ex ray it was determined my right upper wisdom tooth needed to be extracted. The best part was they were able to do the extraction right then! The Dentist, assistants, desk staff were great!! Thank you very much Forum Dental for an easy and comfortable visit!
I thought it would be very difficult finding a team as good as the one I left in California. Forum Denistry was recommended for my sedation denistry needs. It was a great recommendation. Meeting Megan, Lacey, and Hannah was a wonderful experience and convinced me this was a good team. Meeting Dr. Boehme cinched the deal. I look forward to making Forum Dentistry my team to rely on.
