From the moment I entered the building I received awesome service, starting with the folks at the front desk. Once in a room, Mrs. Sbabo began my dental treatment. She was very polite, professional and personable. Afterwards, a Dental Assistant, name unknown and Dr. Cassidy (The Best) continued my treatment. Again, I received wonderful service. It was a great experience! They made me feel comfortable and explained all my options thoroughly. When I said I was in pain, they tried their best to get me in asap. Very reasonable prices and options on payment. Very helpful! Will be returning and recommending to all I know!

Once again the visit to the Forum Dental was exceptional. There is never any wait time and the staff is very friendly from the receptionists to the technicians. I guess that is why I never dread going in for extensive dental work or just a simple cleaning. Thank you. See you next time.

My dental problem required some drilling, but the procedure performed by Dr. Cassidy was almost pain free. Great work.

First major tooth issue since becoming patient seven years ago. Had to repair old filling and entire procedure was as fantastic as it could be. Minimal fuss, minimal discomfort, and minimal time. Dr Cassidy superb, as was staff.
