The staff and doctors at Forum Dental are very knowledgeable. They all are so friendly that it makes going to the dentist easy and fun!

I have had excellent experiences at Forum Dental. Usually I see Lacy; she is alway thorough, friendly and caring--PERFECT. Dr Cassidy is the best dentist I have had in my long life. Can not be more grateful or happier under his care. Meeting Randi and being cared for by her couldn't have been better. She too is caring and thoughtful. She is excellent.
I love my dentist! The whole staff is a pleasure to talk to! Very professional yet fun atmosphere. The employees love their jobs and it shows.
I had my first dental visit today and it was awesome. Forum dental team are wonderful, the dental hygienist did a great job on my teeth communicated with me while she worked on y teeth. I have chosen form dental as my preferred dental clinic...)
After neglecting my teeth due hating going to the dentist, I found Forum dentist a pleasant experience. They were very efficient and did good work.
I was elated to receive a phone call several hours after my root canal asking me how I was doing. This was a first. Great care, great service, great staff and wonderful doctor. 5 star!!
