i always enjoy seeing Lacy and Hanna. They make me feel very comfortable. Good visiting with them. I also visited with Chrissy or Christy at the front desk. She was very informative and nice to visit with.

Have been going here for years and they are absolutely fabulous. I've had filling, cap work and teeth whitening done just to name a few items that I had done. Everytime they have taken the time to explain the details and do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone especially if you do not like dentist. They are gentle and treat you with respect and take care of you.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and the dentist are awesome.

I chose Forum Dental because it was close to my house and they had good reviews. This place didn't disappoint at all. Everyone was so friendly, from the hygienist to the dentist to the ladies up front. I was well taken care of and in a timely fashion. I will be coming back to them indefinitely! Thanks guys!
