I just want to say that Dr Cassidy is the best . He’s gentle, kind , and professional. Makes going to the dentist a piece of cake 🍰 ....chocolate !

As nervous as I was to get my wisdom tooth pulled, my dentist was amazing. He made me feel at ease. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. I'm sad too see him move away, but wish him the best. Thank you for everything.

We have been with Forum Dential ever since we moved here and that was 20 something years ago. Dr. Cassidy is the greatest. Best dentist all around. Dr. Cassidy still ask about our children by name. Lacey always the best hygienist there is. Last but number one Ms. Kristy. She's been with Forum dential since our first day couldn't ask for anyone better. So sweet and caring.
