I had Humana Dental Insurance. I went to Dental Associates of Green Bay to have my teeth cleaned. First visit they took x-rays and a few that were not paid for by my insurance. My wife went to them three times. She had her teeth cleaned the last time. They canceled her appts twice before so it was well over a year since her teeth were cleaned. They took all of fifteen minutes and didn't even have a dentist come in to check them. They wanted their money right away, all of it even if the insurance was paying for it. She made u... read more

Dr. James W*** is an outstanding Dentist specializing in Endodontics. With over 30 years of experience he did my root canal and I had absolutely no pain with the injections and was very meticulous . He is the best!!!!
Business response:
At Dental Associates, we take pride in having the opportunity to provide quality dental care to the people of Wisconsin. Thank you for sharing your experience!
Shady billing practices and poor communication. Magical charges appear from your last appointment every time you go to schedule a new one, even though they require payment in advance. Admin is disorganized. You get transferred around. No one calls you back unless you owe money. Appointments get lost and they at like you just the made the appointment up. I think being a dental chain is probably bad. Health care shouldn’t be high volume churn and burn. Stay away.
Business response:
We are sorry to hear that Ms. D******’s experience with Dental Associates did not meet her expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond to her comments. At Dental Associates we take our patients’ care and services very seriously and are investigating Ms. D******’s experience to appropriately address her concerns. To help reach the patient’s desired outcome, our team has contacted Ms. D****** via phone multiple times but have not been able to connect with her fully, as the patient hung up the phone. We have also rea... read more
Absolutely Horrible Experience. The staff was rude and the experience was all around awful. Then when I called to dispute the bill they just demanded that I pay the bill. When I attempted to pay the bill and sent a portion of the payment to them they sent me to collections.

I had originally gone into Dental Associates to have a consultation for a tooth extraction. They were very unclear when scheduling the appointment via phone that I would be paying $106 for the consultation. The staff was unpleasant and the place was uncomfortable. The assistant that walked me back seemed very stressed out and demonstrated poor social skills. She told me that they were supposed to have gotten my dental records emailed to them prior to my appointment, but for whatever reason they did not receive them as antici... read more
I would not recommend Dental Associates to anyone. For over two decades, I have been a patient with Dental Associates. Suddenly, the clinic is trying to receive payment from me and my Insurance Company. My appointment was scheduled for September 24, 2020 and I received a call from Naomi on September 22, 2020 stating I owe $124.00 for cleaning. I questioned the fee because it is written in my plan to have four Periodontal Cleaning annually. I also informed her that for the past several years my plan requires Periodontal Clean... read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today and it was the worst experience she’s had. The staff is cold, and seemed to be inexperienced. My daughter has had many blood draws, and has been to various doctors throughout her life because she suffers with severe allergies. She’s also had her tonsils removed with no problem. We’ve never had any issues in her 17 1/2 years until today. The doctor completely butchered her arm, as he proceeded to hold it down after trying to get the needle in for the sec... read more

Due to patient privacy concerns we prefer to discuss patient care offline, but unfortunately have not been able to reach her. Again, we apologize and look forward to speaking with her soon.
If I could give less than one star, I would. On my first time at this clinic, I was told by this 'dental professional' that I had 9 cavities. A big shock to me, but why wouldn't I believe someone with a dental degree? I went back to my previous dentist for a second opinion. The biggest difference in these two places is the 'hands-on' aspect. Dental Associates did not touch my teeth AT ALL. They based their professional assessments on x-rays alone. My previous, 'old school' dentist actually got in there and poked all my teeth... read more

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience experienced at our clinic. In the medical field, providers often differ in treatment recommendations based off of training and practice philosophy. Due to patient privacy concerns we prefer to discuss patient care offline. We’ll be contacting the patient directly. Again, we apologize and we look forward to speaking with her soon.
I have had nothing but good experiences at the Miller Parkway office. I got a rebate when I opted out of an implant. I got a rebate on a root canal when the existing tooth (my own) broke off. I have seen Dr. ******for the root canal and he explained every move he made. My regular dentist, Dr. **** is excellent. When I went in for an emergency visit my dentist Was out of town. The substitute dentist was as sweet and helpful as everyone else at Dental Assoc. I would not go anywhere else. Jane ******
Business response:
