Had an infected tooth, prescribed medication to bring swelling down before I could get it removed. Paid bill off on my 2nd appointment. Didn't realize they added somebody else's bills on my account, overcharged me & owe me a refund of $200 but refuse to pay me back. Told me they have 90 days before they need to attempt giving me a refund PLUS they've made me the "RESPONSIBLE PARTY" to her past & present bills & REFUSE to get her off my account/ vise-versa. Dr. ***** was thorough. I was happy with his explanation on what he was going to do next for my tooth extraction. He is full of positive energy and he made my extraction easier for me to handle. He was caring, thoughtful and always telling jokes. His assistant was very professional and understanding. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a positive rating!

Dr. Donald ******** and his staff were very professional very helpful and they took good care of me. They made me feel comfortable. Dr. ******** also called and check on me. I had excellent care.

They required a pre-payment. We paid it. The insurance said the records show we had no out of pocket costs. Tried to call into the billing department but either Connie or Ebony told me that we hadn't filled out the paperwork for me to call on my partners account. I called back with him on the line where he gave permission to speak to me. She said that this wasn't acceptable. I drove to the office where were kind enough to help me get the paperwork. I bought insurance policy and can back they could not find records of it. Talk and then they told me no bill after talking to people. Month later got bill when it know willing to help people there dont know what they are doing Not good place to do business

I have been coming here for a little past 2 years, should’ve stopped after the first time when morning of my wisdom teeth removal the final bill came to over $400 over there initial estimate and when I asked the receptionist laughed at me, and stated “oh that’s just a ball park estimate”. Then seemingly forgetting about the $700 credit on my account good thing I kept receipts. Had implant procedure done. The total was less than the estimate when I got to the desk to checkout. Great! I remember saying its less than expected. I paid part cash and the rest card. If youve been there you know they dont let you leave without full payment. 6 months later i got a bill for $659.30! I assumed this was for the next stage of the implant process and I paid it. Wrong! Incredibly frustrated. They can't keep a Pediatric Dentist at any of their locations in Southeastern **. Every time my kids are due for an appointment, we get a call to reschedule because a provided has left. There is zero consistency. Per our insurance, we are required to use Dental Associates. I'm frustrated that we are stuck and do not have the option to obtain coverage somewhere else.
