Went to Dental Associates (Miller Parkway) to start work for upper dentures in March 2021. Was told it would be about 3 months from start to finish. Teeth pulled end of March, temporary plate installed. Many adjustments to temporary. In July, molds were made for permanent plate and I was told it would be another 6-8 weeks. At 6 weeks called to check on progress and was told I needed 4 more appt before I get my teeth. Why would they not have told me this sooner??? Never had my own choice as to color of teeth even after asking... read more

Dental Associates and its staff have engaged in intimidation, dishonesty, and deliberate threatening behavior to further its fraudulent patient billing practices. Even though one of their dentists instructed a dental assistant to remove the charge from my account for the failed procedure, Dental Associates still billed and was paid by my insurance company. Consequently, Dental Associates absolutely lacks the integrity to refund the insurance company as instructed by the presiding doctor on this case and therefore wants to co... read more

Business response:

We apologize for any missed opportunity to provide updates regarding the insurance processing. We've connected with the patient to ensure he is aware of our handling with the insurance company to resolve his concerns.

Our family of 7 had been going to Dental Associates on Burleigh when the owner was still alive. He ran a tight ship. After he passed away the dental office went into the hole . Theres so many issues I wont be able to list them all, but will touch on the main ones. My daughter when she was 10 had an accident at a water park and lost 3/4 of her front tooth . They pumped me for money for 8 years till she was old enough to have an implant. During that time they claimed she needed a long list of surgeries, appliances ect. That co... read more

I went to dental Associates to have my teeth cleaned and a routine check up. I informed the person that I only wanted done was covered by my insurance company I didn’t have the money to pay for anything out of pocket. She said “no problem that I needed anything else they would give me a estimate before getting it done” fast forward a month I received a bill for $551 after calling them they did cut the bill in half But the performed a service that I said I didn’t want.

Business response:

We apologize for any concerns relating to the interactions and services experienced at our clinic. We take our patient complaints very seriously and we have explained the estimate process while addressing the patients concerns. We have reached out to the patient again to discuss further. Again, we apologize and appreciate the opportunity to continue serving his dental needs.

Dental Associates didn't inform me about the services they plan to do and did x-rays that were not approved by my insurance.I was told that my insurance only covered $50. That was a lie.My insurance didn't cover any of the x-rays that Dental ***.did.I had those x-rays done by a dentist a year before.I thought I was getting an exam and a cleaning.Dental Associates over charged me for x-rays I didn't need.

Business response:

We apologize for any concerns relating to the interactions and services experienced at our clinic. We take our patient complaints very seriously and we have reached out to the patient advocate and have explained the billing process while addressing his concerns. Again, we apologize and hope to have the opportunity to serve the patient's future dental needs.

I went to Dental Associates for several years as a patient. Over that time, I had three dentists. The first one put a filling in a tooth with a cavity. However, the tooth continued to be painful after the procedure, so he refilled it. But it was still painful, so he refilled it yet again.Three fillings with no good outcome was not acceptable, so I moved to a different dentist in their practice. He refilled the same filling, but it continued to be painful when chewing, so he recommended a crown and then retired. So I moved to ... read more

We had a full top denture made and with in 6 months 2 teeth fell out,one replaced free. The second one fell out eating a fish sandwich, they told us it would cost $241.00 because it wasn't an adjustment it was a repair. Remember both fell out w/in 6 months. Then why was the first one replaced free of charge? Terrible workmanship. Will be moving onto another Dental Facility were workmanship is quality and backed. Rather start from scratch and have it done correctly then have $241 worth of repairs every 6 months. (This was at th... read more

A doctor from the Green Bay office could not make my tooth numb after making six or more injections. In the end, he said that my tooth is not sensitive to anesthesia, cannot be numb today, and I'm ok to go without filling. I would not believe this possible if it did not happen to me. I provided this company with my feedback in two different places but after more than a month and several follow-ups, nobody from the management or customer care responded. My advice is to avoid this place by all means.

Business response:

We apologize for any concerns relating to the interactions and services experienced at our clinic. We take our patient complaints very seriously and have reached out to the patient to discuss further. Due to patient privacy concerns we prefer to discuss patient care offline, but unfortunately have not been able to reach him. Again, we apologize and look forward to speaking with him soon.

I went to dental associates a year ago. I was told I had a cavity but never was in pain or anything. Didnt believe her and decided to wait it out, 6 months later went back in for a cleaning and they said nothing. They also told me that I need a tooth implant and it would be $5000. Im not paying that and went to different dentist. They price ***** and fix teeth that not bad. I hope someone looks into then and Aspen Dental.

Business response:

We apologize for any concerns relating to the interactions and services experienced at our clinic. We take our patient complaints very seriously and have addressed this scenario with the patient. Again, we apologize and appreciate the opportunity to continue serving her dental needs.
