Dr. Park is a very talented oral surgeon.
Actual dental care was fine. Anything insurance or business related is horrible! I had an insurance change and even after multiple calls and voicemails over and over to them trying to get everything straightened out. They ended up sending my claim to collections! and when I called them back yet again, my new insurance is magically being resubmitted and taken care of. Save yourself a big headache and find a better dental group!
Do not go here... The dentists and hygienists are great - no complaints there. Unfortunately, the payments/billing department has been a nightmare to deal with. I was charged incorrectly and the process of getting it resolved was frustrating, time-consuming, and not handled well. Communication was poor and it felt like I was constantly chasing them to fix their own mistakes.
I'm very satisfied with all the service, staff, dentist assistant and dentist. Fully Recommendation .
