I have my three fillings and cleaned up done Today. I ready to checkout and front desk personal wouldn’t print my bill. I asked her three times. Problem I have last two visits procedure have done , they wouldn’t submit entire bill to insurance company . When I talked to my insurance they told me they have to submit entire bill, doesn’t matter what’s cover or not. Desk Personal Said I have To pay before I leave. RecommendedWow! I’ve been terrified of Dentists since a young age. It’s ALWAYS a painful experience whether it’s a procedure or just a cleaning. I DREAD going to the dentist. Coming here has changed my mind entirely! Not only were they able to get me in right away, the staff were super friendly. Doc McHenry looked at my X-rays and confirmed that I needed an extraction, he gave me the novacaine and was so gentle, I didn’t even tear up. Normally I am a baller when it comes to the shots. Monday June 8, 2020 enjoyed another wonderful dental visit with Dr. Courtney and her assistant Rose. Wonderful, sweet, gentle ladies who spent 1 hour working on 2 old teeth of mine. Everyone is fantastic who works in this Plymouth dental office. All praise and gratitude for receiving great dental services here. I recommend Dental arts to everyone.
