The nursing staff, especially my diabetes and asthma nurse practitioner are brilliant. Unfortunately, every time I have a change in medication I have to wait days for my prescription to be signed by the doctor. This usually entails at least one phone call querying it and often more. This is not good for someone trying to stay on top of an illness.
Terrible doctors surgery! Dr Williams likes to lie about people, people that he knows absolutely nothing about!! Not to mention being lied to about being lied to from the manager.
I have just had an appointment with Doctor Popi. He listened and understood my situation. Offering referrals and help. It's important to have a doctor like him when things are difficult. Thank you. The practise has also been updated so you can tap a screen to show you have arrived and onscreen tv note tells you when the doctor is ready for your appointment. Very professional. Reception was also extremely helpful and friendly.
Always a great help, staff and reception all lovely never had a bad experience
