Yesterday, I returned from London after receiving an email confirmation that an agent would meet me for a property viewing. I waited for a long time, but no one showed up. Later, I contacted the agency directly and they informed me that an agent named "Jesse Weisz" does not work for them. However, later he admitted to working for the Bournemouth branch, where there is no office at that location. I advise not to trust these people as they are fraudulent. I waited for a long time, but it was of no use.
Excellent managing agents, service is prompt and efficient.
Have been on a property rented by Dennis and reed for a few years and i can say i regret that i moved house. Never had troubles with them, was very responsible to tenants needs, especially mr Paul and also reasonable price. As soon as my tenancy ends here i will look to rent again from them.
I have been a tenant for the past 10 yrs. never had a problem. Excellent people to work with.
Very prompt to respond and then deal with any issue.
