Dencrow paving do our drive 3 1/2 year ago. Noticed faults after 6month. Contacted Joel who said he would come an fix the problems. After a year dozens of messages and phone calls being ignored we saw a solicitor who got in touch with Joel. He agreed to redo the drive as he said the cement used was the problem. We agreed but from then he ignored the solicitor. Fast forward to May this year and after 3years of fighting to get the problems sorted with no luck we were granted a court judgement against them. My patio had seen better days and it flooded every time it rained. My drive was also looking very tired, but I didn't know if I could afford to have them both sorted out. As one of my neighbours had recently had his drive replaced by Dencrow Paving and they had made a really good job of it, I contacted them for a quote.
