I have lived at Edgewater Plantation in Mt. Pleasant for going on 7 years now and the last two with Arium and Carroll Orginization, LLC have been horrible. Repairs not taken care of, mounting trash piles, disgusting breezeways, rotting floors and building exterior, and so much more. For such a beautiful property location, it is a shame that they can't seem to keep the property up. I look forward to my lease being over and being able to move.

I know a person who stays here who went through a financial hardship due to COVID-19. The Tenant fell behind & the apartment filed an eviction for the money owed. However, the tenant received assistance from the county to pay the entire balance owed plus more and ARIUM declined the assistance & in turn still scrutinized the tenant to pay. This complex has absolutely no other reason for trying to justify an eviction other than money owed but turned money down. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH GREYSTAR / THE BOARDWALK AT TOWN CENTER WOODLANDS! Sure, the location is nice and the complex has a lot of amenities but so does nearly every other complex in the Woodlands. When we signed our lease we received a move in packet and information on the moving process. When it came to 90 days prior to our lease ending, we were sent an email that included lease renewal options. Where do I begin? On the 8th day of the pool being closed with no end in sight. They renovated the apt above us and we were forced to break our lease due to the INTENSE, OBSCENE noise that is now all day, all night. They clearly slapped cheap vinyl directly on the subfloor. We have plaster come off the ceiling daily bc of what they did. Car care center has been roped off SINCE MARCH. I have never experienced such incompetence from a property manager. It's truly epic. ONE PLANTATION APARTMENTS-In Plantation, Florida has the worse management ever seen. Management does whatever they want and has not experience at all. The property is run as a place to hang out and chill with friends. When you reach out to HR about a situation, they take the manager and Regional Managers side (even when you have the proof of the what you are complaining about). ARIUM ON BENTLEY, MARIETTA management sucks. I was locked out of my apartment for no reason. I returned late around 9pm yesterday (6/30/2021) to find that my key could not open my door. I tried to reach out to the company but no one was available to pick up the call. My family and I moved here about month ago and it's already bad experience they don't answer the phone when you trying to issue a problem with the apartment. Two weeks after we moved in we had problems with the hot water heater kept going out, bugs keep coming out of nowhere, and the appliances still looked dirty from the previous residents. These apartments will move you and your family into an apartment with mold growing in the vents and out of the walls! And then to follow their terrible servicing of the apartment up with smart remarks like "did the mold just magically appear" "I only said we dont have mold because we dont call it that here" and "I dont need your back talk" as if you work for them or asked to be put in this environment. I've lived in some really bad places but overall, Clear Run has been the most frustrating living experience of my life. They don't even clean the apartments between guests, we moved in with mold growing, a bug infestation, and a "menstrual cup" still left in the dishwasher. Broken glass on the floor, broken dryer, broken air conditioner, and they still charge full price for a dilapidated 20+ year old building.
