I have been living here for about 2 years, and it has diffidently been a journey. I never really had many issues with my unit, but it was clear the property was not being managed properly. Although there was poor management before, I can confidently say I have seen a significant difference with the new management we have on the property. The staff is professional and fixed all of my issues in a timely and efficient matter. Things are starting to look up and it reminds me of why I wanted to move here in the first place.

AB This apartment complex know as ************************ has been taken over by Arium. This new company is the worst of the worst. I have lived at this complex for over 5 years. Its has been over a year and we have no mail boxes. They are charging people for water and double the price to cover the outstanding **** left by the previous owners. The office manager make excuses about loss mail and they are rude . Rent was raised $300. I was previously took it would only be $100. The office staff horrible. Rude

Saturday, February 19th my apartment was flooded due to a pipe bursting in the upstairs apartment. From my understanding, the pipe bursting was no fault of the upstairs neighbors, but a plumbing issue on behalf of the apartment complex. Due to the amount of overflowing water in their apartment, it poured into my apartment. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL! The maintenance staff is HORRIFIC! The way this whole company is ran is A JOKE! My ceiling is falling apart in the bathroom (LITERALLY my bathroom is INACCESSABLE & has been for over a week now) The structure above my tub isnt even a structure its a crumbling disaster. The man who "came to fix it" told me basically that he sees nothing to the eye wrong with it and told me that I needed to F*** off and called me a B****. I pay almost $1,000.00 a month to live in this GARBAGE apart... read more

We were wrongfully charged $1,400 which never showed up on our rental portal. In fact, we would've never known about the $1,400 in collections if another leasing agency hadn't run a credit check on my roommate and I. The charge should not only not be there, but we should have a $500 credit to our accounts from over charging us for rent last year. Now that Avana has taken over, our records are spotty and inaccurate and they are absolutely no help.

I am currently a resident and have not been able to get ahold of management or staff in the last few weeks. When I was able to contact them they contradict what they say and belittle customers. I was looking for information on getting out of my lease and then yelled at me and informed me I was too dumb to understand my own lease. Do not rent here

Please help I am a public school teacher who has been trying to get $1,000 back since August. The apartment was dirty, the doors didn't lock, and smelled like something had died in it, they emailed me three times about my refund but still haven't sent it. PLEASE

I am a current resident at their newly acquired arium grove walk apt. They do not answer the phone you will leave messages in hopes that someone would contact or reach out they do not. As i stated I am a current resident I have tried visiting the office on premises for the last week and everytime they are on lunch or out of the office they provide no help for your concerns or problems even providing basic information such as providing a copy of the lease they are totally inept.
