Unprofessional with zero customer service skills. I've tried talking to the girls at the front office of (**************) about my issues, and it goes unresolved. There are far better and less pricey places to live in ******* than here. They don't care about your issues. They seem hassled when you go into the office in person to discuss a problem. Taking them away from ******** and instrigram time. Calls go unreturned, even when they say they'll call you to follow up. Once you sign the lease, you're stuck here and they won't... read more

Greystar/Parc 1010 in tulsa OK is the absolute worst. I was told i can't have the lattice on my railing for my 7LB dog because she can fit through the railings, I was told i can't have it because owners of the company came by and simply did not like it. The alternative solution was some kind of mesh material, in which i know my bigger dog would destroy immediately. The lattice i had was white, matched the white railings and is plastic. I'm was supposed to be refunded my money, because my experience was horrible at Arium Glenridge, and I no longer wanted to move in. Bugs, water damage, cabinets hanging off track, and smelled gross! I was given the run around for a month, then supposedly waiting another month for them to send me a check. Still no check. Horrible and rude employees. This place needs to close ASAP!!!! 0 rating!!! Will be calling an attorney if I have to sue to get my money!!!

Absolutely horrible! So it's summer. I have a dog. My air conditioning broke on a Saturday. I called the "emergency" line stated the issue. I also said it's night time so please come in the morning. I received a call from the maintenance man (who lives on the property) high as a kite and literally told me that they don't work weekends. Is this a joke? This is now the 3rd time my air has gone out. This time I've had zero response. I love where I live, but I absolutely 100% hate the company that runs this. It's gone downhill i... read more

Greystar management took over Mosaic apartments in Scottsdale AZ. Marylene L***** ordered $397 worth of move-in gifts for their residents in June of 2021. She has since retired and Kathy Z***** took over and has given us nothing but the run around for getting payment. Greystar stiffed us on two apartments in the past. However, Marylene always paid the invoices for Mosaic when they were Alliance Residential . Greystar has over 100 complaints so before you do business with them, think twice. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO LIVE HERE. This place continues to disappoint on new levels and they could care LESS about You. I accidentally over paid my rent by $600 in their tricky payment system, and they REFUSE TO REFUND IT.... actually the manager told me that "I should be more careful with important things".... like duh. Bit this place has no protocol for mistakes or error.... even though RENT CAFE SAYS THEY CAN AMOE A TICKET TO CORPORATE OFFICE TO GET A REFUND ISSUED!!! If I could give less than one star I would. Edgewater Plantation has by far the worst management of any organization I have ever encountered. Maintenance requests are blatantly ignored and the staff is hostile and disregard renters safety and DO NOT UPHOLD THEIR END OF THE LEASE.

Greystar management took over the Skyhouse Downtown Houston apartments six months ago. It was a nice community with a family atmosphere. Now, we have 6-7 police officers at the front desk. The manager Ashley is rude and speaks very mean and sarcastic to residents. I am about to move (as all of my professional friends have already done) I am moving in four weeks but the management disconnected my keys last weekend, I have never been late on my rent.
