The staff, especially Claudia, and the receptionist were very professional and understanding during my appointments and even after my beloved wife was laid to rest. Every detail of her wake, funeral Mass, and burial was perfect.
I was very pleased by the excellent customer service and caring by Ava Oaxaca and Demaine from beginning to end. She was very professional and informed me beforehand what the process was. She was an anchor during a difficult time.
Demaine supported us to the fullest extent, from the day we first met with Claudia Vincent (funeral director) through follow-up after the celebration of the passing of my sister-in-law. Claudia introduced us to the process and very capably supported us throughout planning and preparation for what turned out to be an appropriately wonderful event. We highly recommend Demaine!
