Absolutely amazing little midday treat! The team were so nice and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and our treatments were amazing, felt so relaxed after. I will definitely be booking in again!
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend My sister and I visited Delush Spa for eyebrow wax and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Shelly did my sister’s eyebrows, and the results were extremely poor. The area above the eyebrows was not cleaned properly, and a large chunk was taken from the middle, drastically thinning and shortening her brows. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your salon involving a brow service I received from Shelly. I had specifically requested a simple clean-up of my eyebrows and made it very clear that I did not want them thinned. Unfortunately, Shelly removed a significant amount from the area between my eyebrows and only shaped the brows from underneath, leaving the upper section untouched. My daughters and I had a wonderful evening enjoying the Delush Spa Experience this week. From arriving to leaving, all the staff were so kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I loved my Indian Head massage and will definitely be back for another! We all would recommend a visit to this little oasis, for a truly chilled out & relaxing treat
I had Chayata for an aroma therapy thai massage. She was communicative and ensured she concentrated on the areas that were needing attention. Very professional, kind and friendly, an absolute gem of DeLish. Thank you so much, 5* from me.
