The fix it department ! Toyota’s Quality to fix an issue with a new vehicle five years ago this wouldn’t have been an issue the department has been handled poorly I will not be returning to purchase another vehicle from Deluca ! Toyota this has been an issue since day one on the purchase of a brand new Camry after trading in my original Camry that I purchased from Deluca very disappointed in the way things are handled this go around I would look elsewhere or another Toyota dealerships . Always keeping me advised and because I’m having problems walking around they made very comfortable waiting and bringing my car close so I don’t have walk so far. Kudos to the staff

I've called on friday about a vehicle got to a deal on a price salesman kept communication all day Friday then I run a credit app get approved the finance manager calls me Saturday morning telling me all was set that he'll call me back in 15 minutes and havent heard from him since I called and messaged the salesman and his excuse was we sold 31 cars today we were busy so I guess the owner didn't wanna sell 32 cars that day unreal the lack of communication after I ran my credit I couldve went somewhere else and bought a truck... read more

This is the fifth Camry I either purchased or leased at Deluca's. Victor P was my salesperson for most of them and he always makes absolutely sure I am satisfied. Yesterday I brought it in for a 9AM appointment to get the windows tinted and it was finished by 11:25 AM. I bring plenty of things to do with me so the wait time seems to go by fast. One thing I am minorly unhappy about is the rear view mirror on my 2018 SE had a compass in it. My new 2020 XLE doesn't have it. They told me it is not available anymore.
