Sad! Over charged, spoke with service advisor(will not post her name) She passes the buck. Call and left messages for both the service manager and operation manger who has the same name as the dealer. No return phone call. I travel about an hour to use this dealer, guess I will not be doing that any more. Truly sad because I love my Highlander!❤️
it would be nice if you cleaned your pre-owned vehicles prior to a customer getting in it for a test drive. I found live and dead cockroachs under the seat but the salesman didnt seem to think there was anything wrong with it. said it would get bug sprayed and vacumed. and as if that was not bad enough you guys wouldnt even work with me on the price. Very poor customer service!
