I walked out 4 hours ago waiting on my salesperson to get their Manager. No one has even tried to call me. They put an add out offering 125% of KBB. They didn’t even offer us KBB. Offered $5000 under KBB. Gave the excuse they use 4 quotes and offer the average. That’s not what the ad says. And I’ve looked up the Value by vin, car fax, and KBB. They were all close.
