The best experience ever purchasing a car. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure. In fact I had no intention of purchasing a car that day and was only looking. Deluca was the first dealership we planned to look at as well as Hyundai and Honda. Because it was such a great experience , we drove off with a new car.

Came to check out vehicles to buy. The ones I was interested had to go through inspections yet and I would get a call when ready, however, sales lady could not get me out the door fast enough, no return call, now they are posted. I guess some of the bad reviews were spot on.

Our appointment was for 8am, arrived early and was taken right away. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and within half an hour we are on our way

Fast, as promised. Service rep , gal, even got me bottled water, made sure my car was washed and delivered to me in under an hour. The bench outside the service area was a good place to sit to insure safety from COVID. The only issue I had was when I pulled up the service person who wrote up the service order (man, slight built with an accent) had his mask pulled down, not covering his nose, when he approached the car.
