I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a dining table from Deluca interiors. I paid for the table in full (price was £2,135 exc discount) as I was told I’d receive a 10% discount and free delivery and assembly as part of the purchase. I expected a high standard of both product and service. The table was assembled by the company’s delivery team as part of a ‘free assembly’ service offered when paying in full. I was really impressed with the professional service I received from Deluca Interiors when purchasing a premium quality Italian bed. Particular thanks to Dan who I found to be extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. The customer care from initial enquiry to delivery and installation was outstanding. Not only were they the most competitive on price, but they also used their own team of expert fitters to carryout the installation, which the larger national stores outsource.
