I had my car detailed there never again!!! I had my baby Jesus blanket on my dashboard. Now it's gone. They said oh sorry we can't find it. We looked . Stains on my passenger seat has stains on it....Delta sonic idea of fixing it was shampooing the seat. Wait and see....

Had an interior cleaning and the scratched my passenger window. Looks like it was gouged by jewelry or something. Immediately called a manager and filed a claim. The refuse to take responsibility. Their customer service is horrible, They never called me, just sent me a letter saying too bad and here are a couple more free interior cleanings. Do they expect me to let them do more damage!!! I have filed complaints with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. BOYCOTT them. STAY AWAY from them. #DeltaSonicSucks
Terrible service. Brought my car in to have repairs done at delta sonic boulevard location for the first time and I will never be going back. Was there last night for an estimate and was told it was too close to closing to get the repairs done and to come back in the morning. I show up at 9:30 and they tell me their repair guy didn't show up this morning they can't help me, they'll send me to another location, they say Walden can fit me in 11:30. Get to Walden and they keep pushing back and now they say 2:00-2:30
Not that bad of a wait 30 min yesterday for the free oil change with veterans day very pleased
