I had 30 minute interior done they called out to check the job & I was appalled that he thought what it looked like was ok, back area of SUV was still Full of dog hair, he tried to tell me " that was very difficult to get at". I told him my shopvac at home takes care of it all. There was visible dirt on sides in back, sand in creases of all the seats still. Seriously
Horrible service. Went to get my headlight bulb changed again because they screwed up changing a bulb the first time. My car is done for 40 minutes and they tell me we forgot to tell you.
Im not sure what happened to the "Quality" of workmanship at the Wash... I love this place and will never stop going, but the dryers could use a lesson in taking pride in their work... They pump through cars so quickly they take too many shortcuts...Ie. Leaving the towels on the car while spraying the body gloss and wax... or when you simply ignore the tailgate area... forget getting anyone to wipe down the wheels... lift a windshield wiper when your wiping... my vehicle also goes past the center molding... oil change was done in timely fashion but waiting for my free car wash was horrible too many people in line
Where are the Variety Club wash books??? No one knows at the location I went to...does anyone know?? It isn't much of a fund raiser if no one can buy the books.
