JUST RIDICULOUS!!! I got there and about two minutes later a gentleman walked up to me and I told him I need an oil change and an inspection. He informed me that there was a 4 hour wait but since my inspection was overdue I decided to stay and wait. Too bad it's the only show in town. Inconsistent. Sloppy. A snarky young kid. 10 minute interior not worth it.
After years of taking my truck there for oil changes, I am now told they no longer carry any non-synthetic oils for my diesel at this location. Niagara Falls location does but of the last 3 times I have gone to that location they are usually out of filters. This time, someone didn't order more oil and they were totally out of oil. Sorry but I am not paying over $100 for a synthetic oil change in a diesel. Lost a customer with a decent size fleet of vehicles.
My truck looked better than the day I got it!!!! It's so shiny!!!!!!!!!!!
